Maintenance & later development

After free support ends: changes billed hourly (typically ~$80–$150/hr depending on complexity) or a monthly retainer
Bugfixes covered by warranty/support stay free in that period
New features are always scoped in writing before work starts

Payment & cancellation

Typical schedule: ~50% to start, ~50% before final handover (written in the contract)
Work pauses if an agreed milestone payment is overdue
Cancellation: completed phases are payable; unused advance is settled against delivered work
International projects: crypto payment per published international pricing terms

Content & imagery responsibility

Client provides final texts, logos, and images unless a content add-on is purchased
Placeholder content can be used to avoid delays; replacing it later may be billed if outside support
Client confirms legal rights to supplied media and copy

Ownership of code, domain & data

After full payment: client owns the delivered custom code and project content
Domain & hosting accounts remain under the client’s ownership (we help set them up)
We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless the contract forbids it
Third-party licenses (fonts, stock, plugins) stay under their own terms

Source delivery & access

On final payment: repository access and/or packaged source + deploy notes
Admin/panel credentials and environment checklist are handed over
Staging access during build; production cutover by agreed checklist
